In the first instance please contact the Warden to register a repair request. They will consider and decide if the repair is the responsibility of Brunts and if so they will log the details onto our minor repairs system.

Outside of normal hours you can email your request or leave a message on the office answerphone. If it is an emergency then use the pull cord to speak to a Warden or the Central control room.

Note: A call out fee may be charged if repair requests are found to be Residents own responsibility.

Brunts are normally responsible for the following repairs and general maintenance. If your repair is not listed then our approved contractors may be able to help you but there will be a charge to you personally.
